Oheka Castle has hosted Hollywood productions and high-profile events for decades. From Taylor Swift’s “Blank Space” music video to major motion pictures, this venue is very well known. Renowned Event Designs was honored to transform Oheka into an immersive experience that blended elegance with high-impact production design for this stunning wedding.

Partnering with elite planner Samkoma, RED worked side by side to bring their vision to life. Using draping, lighting, custom-built structures, and theatrical elements, our team turned every corner of Oheka into an eye-catching masterpiece.

Welcome Party

To kick off the celebration, RED completely transformed the welcome party space by wrapping the entire room in white draping, accented with uplighting and intricate design work. The goal was to create a dreamy, serene introduction to the weekend’s events.

Ceremony

The ceremony took place in an enchanted setting crafted by RED:

A custom ceremony structure cloaked in elegant draping and lush florals by Stella Rose Floral.
A matching platform created for the couple, ensuring a cohesive, elevated visual.
Every detail, from lighting to staging, worked together to craft a magical environment.

Dinner

For dinner, the transformation was nothing short of extraordinary:

The entire ballroom was wrapped in soft taupe draping, creating the illusion of entering a luxurious, custom-designed tent.
RED fabricated a custom Indian-inspired design, serving as a dramatic entrance to the dinner space.
Our Delphine and Six Crystal Chandeliers hovered above the tables, suspended from our structure that mirrored the ceremony architecture.
Instead of traditional tablecloths, every table was fully draped for a soft aesthetic, a subtle yet impactful shift in texture and form.
Even the floor around the pianist was draped, adding a sculptural element to the room’s focal point.

While guests enjoyed their dinner, the welcome party space was flipped into a lush dessert display, showcasing RED’s efficient transitions.

Reception

To close the night, there was an unforgettable Disco Dancer Light Show, combining choreography and lighting design. The team’s signature lighting structures and show control created a high-energy environment that felt more like a music video than a wedding.
